Prior to MIT and JKD, we've developed approaches to Advanced Design Delivery (ADD) of buildings while working with Zaha Hadid Architects. ADD entails integrating computer science and aerospace technologies into the design and delivery of buildings to optimize the time, quality and costs. The core of ADD is Building Information Modeling, Generation and Analysis, and Designing For Manufacturing in early project stages. In short, it's systems design thinking applied towards architectural production to achieve the highest quality product.

 

WE ALSO UTILIZE INTEGRATED DESIGN APPROACHES

We utilize Integrated Design Approaches (IDA) by engaging engineering collaborators from the early project stages to make guided design decisions that achieve environmentally sound cost efficient architectures. This entails designing for the environment, prefabricated building approaches, systemic design processes, and utilizing sustainable building systems like mass timber and solar technologies.
