The project explores continuous circulation throughout the commercial development resulting in four highly fluid low-rise towers with a series of bridges blending in between their geometries. The four towers are concrete structures and the bridges are a steel system, which spans and locks from various floors across the project.
Each tower has a retail atrium space that provides an area for public gathering. Spanning over each atrium is an elliptical dome structure with a lightweight transparent glazing system
To keep up with the fast-paced project schedule advanced design delivery processes were developed to design, rationalize, detail and automate the building. Highly detailed building information models served as the basis for coordinating and analyzing the project systems. The cladding geometry was described through a series of arcs, cylindrical and conical sections, which were organized into families for fabrication. See the Process page for the automation videos.
